As our team’s “fearless leader,” Lita’s unending enthusiasm, talent, and professionalism have led her to be one of the most successful interior merchandisers in the country. Her mentoring skills and inspirational outlook have helped numerous staff members embrace interior merchandising as a career. In her minimal spare time, Lita roots on her New York Yankees and, if you ever want to bribe her, she has a “mean” sweet tooth!
Amy’s ingenious thinking helps her create environments where people yearn to live. We can always trust that her projects will put a smile on our clients’ faces and enhance their sales efforts. And, if that’s not enough, she makes having twins seem easy!
With her love of travel and European upbringing, Teresa adds an original and innovative approach to all her designs. After surviving an extreme whitewater raft trip on the Nile River in Uganda, she can handle just about anything!
Cassy’s thorough and organized work ethic is, quite frankly, astounding. Combine that with her creative brain and, voila, you’ve got incredible talent. And to top it off, she runs marathons when not running after her son.
Michaela blends her experience in sales with her passion for design. She loves making new connections and collaborating with designers to provide clients with memorable experiences and unmatched results. In her personal time she loves getting outdoors with her dog Arlo and spending quality time with friends and family.
Amanda’s youthful and vibrant creativity brings added value (and fun!) to our clients’ projects. After meticulously mastering designs, you can find her outdoors enjoying Colorado’s beauty or out on the dance floor country swing dancing.
Zena’s favorite part of the design process is moving from conceptual idea to creating thoughtful, beautiful spaces based on the people who use them. She brings a personable, collaborative approach and enjoys working with clients to collectively merge thoughts and ideas in the creation of their ideal space. When not designing, Zena enjoys traveling and exploring with her family gaining new experiences and insights.
With a career of experience as an art consultant, Laura brings a unique perspective to the field of design. As a means to stay ahead of the trends, Laura understands the value of conducting regular showroom and studio visits to develop an appreciation for design elements that she can pass on to her clients. Her approach is relationship driven, striving to educate and learn throughout the process. In her spare time, Laura enjoys being in the mountains and tapping into her creativity in her studio.

With a background in residential design and a love of the outdoors, Sophia draws inspiration from her clients and the nature that surrounds them to create personal, thoughtful, and grounded spaces. When she isn’t designing, she’s in the mountains with her husband and two dogs, traveling, or trying something new to add to her ever-growing list of hobbies!
Kelly is a designer returning to her passion after years of raising her son. As a certified mindset coach, she brings a fresh, positive energy and perspective to her work and to the office. Outside of her creative work, she loves cheering on her son at sporting events and soaking up the beauty of Colorado.
As our “CEO of CAD” Ace brilliantly transforms sketches and ideas into concrete construction documents. When he’s not busy balancing out our estrogen-infused office, you can find him singing in a Latin American musical praise group or creating a ridiculously beautiful and delicious cake.
Jackie applies her meticulous and detail-oriented nature to all things purchasing related at LD & Co. She brings humor and a strong worth ethic to everything she does. When she’s not working diligently to ensure all of our installs are flawless, she can be found discovering the best deals thrifting, hiking with her dog, concert going, or just enjoying some cookie dough.
Emma majored in Interior Design at Colorado State University, and focuses on more project management. Working for a smaller sized company is amazing because you get to know each individual person regardless of how often you work together. The culture here is energized, collaborative, and encouraging which brings me joy every work day.
Susan was the first designer hired when Lita started LD & Co. After 10+ years as a designer, she took several years off to raise her family. Now, Susan has returned to LD & Co., and is working on the business side of things. Susan has been happily married to Sean for 29 years and they have two sons, now both attending college. In her free time, she enjoys piyo, camping/hiking with family and hanging out with their spunky pug, Scout.
Payton has a knack for navigating communication like a pro and a passion for creative environments. She values a solid work-life balance, using her free time to dive into hobbies she loves. She believes that a happy life outside work fuels her drive to excel at her job.
