Our recent installation at Centurion Residences in Elizabeth, New Jersey, where we designed all of the amenity spaces and common areas. This modern luxury rental community features a series of five buildings along South Broad Street, with thoughtfully designed apartments boasting nine-foot ceilings, gourmet kitchens, spacious walk-in closets, and premium amenities like outdoor terraces and pet parks.

When our team arrived, the common areas were still in a state of active construction—far from ready for a seamless setup. Rather than halting progress, we adapted on the fly, shifting to a ‘Plan B’ that allowed us to work within the limited accessible spaces while keeping both our installation and the ongoing construction moving forward smoothly. Not every project goes exactly as planned, but flexibility, creative problem-solving, and strong teamwork turned potential obstacles into a successful outcome. This was a big one—and we’re proud of how the team made it work!

Our talented team– Callie, Kelly, and Cassy—stepped up in incredible ways. They maintained a relentlessly positive vibe even as the pressure mounted, turning potential stress into focused energy and creative problem-solving. Communication was key throughout: clear, frequent updates kept everyone aligned, allowed quick pivots when unexpected hurdles arose, and ensured that no detail fell through the cracks. It’s a powerful reminder that even when timelines get messy (as they sometimes do in large-scale multifamily projects), strong teamwork, open dialogue, and an upbeat attitude can make the difference between “almost” and “absolutely stunning.”

The results speak for themselves. The merchandised amenities and the model now showcase inviting, aspirational lifestyles that perfectly complement the upscale finishes and modern architecture of Centurion Residences. Prospective residents can walk in and immediately envision calling these spaces home—exactly what great merchandising is all about.

A huge thank you to Callie, Kelly, Cassy, and the entire crew who poured their expertise and positivity into this project. And to our partners on the Centurion team: your collaboration made it possible to pull off something special under serious time constraints.

Projects like this reinforce why we love what we do—transforming spaces, overcoming challenges together, and helping communities come to life. We are looking forward to showing a bigger “sneak peek” of all the spaces as we get closer to completing the installation.
