Dear Friends,

I just love summertime, don’t you? It’s so exciting with so many different installs happening, grand openings, and big plans underway for the fall. The reward of seeing our clients’ model homes, clubhouses, and amenity centers being enjoyed never gets old. We have shared quite a few installs on our social media channels lately. I invite you to follow us on Facebook and Instagram, and see what you think.

And, as always, I invite you to share with us projects you’ve been working this summer. We love hearing from you, our friends and colleagues!

Defining Design Styles

Rustic farmhouse, French country, coastal, industrial…with so many different design styles it can be difficult to decide what is best for your prospective buyer. The first step is to define the various design styles.

Lower Level Design
One way to show your model home’s flexibility (and expand the living area) is through your lower level design. Strategic merchandising of a lower level can illustrate a multitude of uses, increasing the likelihood of a sale.

First Impressions
They say you can never make a second first impression. This is definitely true with model homes. Foyers and entryways are quite literally the first step a prospective buyer will take into your model home. It needs to make a strong first impression.

See any differences between these two pictures? Can you spot all 8?
(We’ll reveal all next month!)

Just another reminder of how important buyer profiles can be! 🙂
