Our Design Director, Cassy Weber, has been burning up the miles crossing several states with installs and start-ups for new exciting projects! She was onsite in Westfield, Indiana, for Epcon’s latest 55+ clubhouse installation. We are embracing the era of bold color to create dynamic spaces, composed of comforting, warm neutrals and the mixing of textures & finishes. The unexpected accents create a new classical touch that never fades into the background. Casual elegance is balanced with sensible hints, where deep teal hues ground the palette, and pops of merlot add rich romantic colors to the spaces.
The Courtyards at Westfield is one of the first Epcon Communities’ projects in Indiana, and they have dialed in on how to appeal to their target buyers! The Courtyard at Westfield caters to active adults that are looking to purchase in the area because of the amenities and floor plans offered. They have a desire to be closer to family, and to have a space in their community for get-togethers and celebrations.
Cassy also took advantage of meeting with Value Companies on an upcoming renovation project, 66 Main, in Yonkers, New York. We cherish this partnership of over 25 years! 66 Main offers luxury apartments in the heart of the up-and-coming Downtown Yonkers Waterfront District. 66 Main is perfectly situated for a commuter’s dream only one block away from Yonkers Station. We are looking forward to seeing this new project come to life!
66 Main is a very cool building, steps away from the Yonkers Recreational Pier, topnotch restaurants and shops, waterfront parks, music venues, and the award-winning Saw Mill River at Van de Donc Park – we are excited to give it a refresh!
