Resort-style amenities include a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, yoga studio, and pickleball courts, set against Pearl River’s scenic backdrop. Our designs enhance these spaces, inspired by the community’s stunning photo gallery.

We elevated the apartments’ 9-foot ceilings and natural light with:
