At Lita Dirks & Co., we’re passionate about shaping the future of home design—not only through our work with new home builders and developers but also by investing in the next generation of industry leaders. We’re thrilled to share that our founder, Lita Dirks, is stepping into a mentorship role with the Professional Women in Building (PWB) Council of the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver (HBA).

Lita recently met with the PWB Mentoring Committee to launch this exciting journey. She’s been paired with Hannah Kasper, an interior designer at SummitRidge Custom Homes in Golden. With experience in the building industry since 2014 and in design since 2021, Hannah helps clients make selections and is spearheading the creation of a Design Center for her company—a significant undertaking. We’re inspired by her ambition and eager to support her growth.

On Wednesday, April 23, Lita and Hannah met at Koladi Coffee for their first mentor-mentee session, diving into the challenges and opportunities Hannah faces. As Hannah carves her path in a male-dominated industry, Lita will share insights from her extensive experience designing beautiful, functional spaces for new home communities. Their discussions will cover overcoming obstacles, problem-solving, and strategic planning for the future.

This mentorship is more than a one-on-one connection; it’s a two-way exchange that fosters mutual growth. It reflects our commitment to giving back to the HBA of Metro Denver and the broader homebuilding community. By empowering professionals like Hannah, we’re helping elevate the quality and creativity of tomorrow’s homebuilding leaders across Colorado.

Stay tuned for updates on Lita and Hannah’s journey, and contact us to bring your vision to life in your next development project!
