As the calendar flipped to a brand-new year, our team gathered to celebrate in style with a chic black-and-white themed New Year’s party. The elegant color scheme set the tone for an evening of reflection, gratitude, and aspirations for the year ahead. It was a perfect way to start 2025 with a fresh mindset, new goals, and a renewed commitment to growth—both personally and professionally.
The Importance of Resolutions
The tradition of making New Year’s resolutions dates back centuries, rooted in the idea of self-improvement and hope for the future. For our team, this moment to pause and set intentions is more than just a ritual—it’s a powerful reminder of the potential each new year holds. Resolutions give us a chance to evaluate where we are, where we want to be, and how we can work together to achieve our collective goals.
Resolutions are not just about individual aspirations; they’re about setting the tone for our team culture and driving our mission forward. They reflect our commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration. With that in mind, we wanted to share some of our team’s 2025 resolutions—a blend of personal growth goals and professional ambitions.
Our Team’s Resolutions for 2025
Here’s a look at some of the resolutions our team members have shared for the upcoming year:

Susan Montgomery – Operations Manager
Resolution: “Our family has a “Gratitude” chat where we post things we are grateful for. My resolution is to post everyday b/c there is always something to be grateful for!”

Personal: “Brushing up on my (not often used) Spanish and Italian!
Teresa Karpala – Director of Design

Looking Ahead
As we step into 2025, we’re filled with excitement for what’s to come. The black-and-white celebration reminded us that life is filled with contrasts—ups and downs, challenges and triumphs—but it’s the choices we make and the goals we set that bring color and vibrancy to our journey.
Here’s to a year of creativity, collaboration, and growth. We can’t wait to see what 2025 has in store for our team and our partners. Happy New Year from all of us!
